Producing

Chemical fomula: CaSO4.2H2O - Ca SO4 +1/2 H2O + 3/2 H2O ( gypsum powder contain a half of water)
For producing gypsum board, mixing and stirring the gypsum powder with water until mixture is milky then put in to the mould. Solidify reaction is the hydrate process.
